Not only has my change in eating and exercise been making me look better, it’s also been making me feel better. I feel like I’m getting towards something and it’s really an amazing feeling. I love knowing that I have some self control and that this goal of getting healthier is actually possible. I can’t wait to carry it out throughout the school year and feel wonderful (:
